Herman Kreikamp (1966) became an attorney in 1994 and he is financial partner at Blauw Tekstra Uding Business Law Attorneys. He studied Dutch and International Law in Groningen and in 2002 he completed the Grotius Insolvency Law specialization course with honours.
His broad Business Law practice consists of Contract Law, Dismissal Law and Liability Law.
In his Insolvency Law practice he is not only active as curator or court-appointed administrator, he also counsels directors who are being held liable and he advises creditors that have been prejudiced by a liquidation. In case of reorganisations or impending litigation Herman can assess if transactions could result in prejudice to creditors (pauliana), in liability of directors and officers or in transfer of undertaking (and employees).
