Joost Blauw

Joost Blauw studied Private Law at Utrecht University.
In 1986 he became an attorney and in 1993 he was one of the founders of Blauw Tekstra Uding Business Law Attorneys.
Coming from a broad Business Law oriented practice Joost has specialized in Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law. Amongst others he successfully completed the Grotius ICT specialization course.
In particular Joost is involved in drawing up and assessing information technology contracts in the broadest sense and he advises in Internet-related issues. He also litigates regularly on different Business Law related issues.
