Marc Stücken studied Business and Civil Law at Leiden State University. In 1998 he joined Blauw Blauw Tekstra Uding Business Law Attorneys as an attorney. Marc has specialised in Business and Insolvency Law. In 1994 he completed the Grotius Corporate Structures specialization course. Marc often is involved in corporate takeovers. He also advises and litigates in several Business Law related issues.
