Ton Tekstra

Ton Tekstra studied Dutch and Tax Law in Leiden. In 1988 he became an attorney and subsequently he worked at the law firm of the State Advocate in the Hague and at the current Pot Jonker Seunke in Haarlem. Since 1997 he works for Blauw Tekstra Uding Business Law Attorneys. In his daily practice Ton is involved in both Business Law and Insolvency Law in broadest sense and also in the related fiscal aspects. This includes corporate takeovers, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, restructuring issues, etc..
Furthermore he also publishes regularly and he organizes several courses.
